Our client wanted to create a connection between the outdoor and indoor to make the area feel spacious and welcoming when they step up to the room. Since Tatami is natural, it ties the indoor and outdoor aesthetic while creating a space that is sophisticated without being overly lavish. The space is multi-functional as they can host gatherings, birthday parties and even a safe place for playdates. As the Tatami Floorboard has a medium-hard density, guests can walk around comfortably and sit on the Tatami comfortably.
