This project was a customized king-size solid wood bed frame that was made to fit 5 Tatami pieces. The main aim was to have a light and portable bed frame. This was easily achieved as the material is made of Nyatoh Solid Wood and it was using the Wood Joint Concept which makes is the best solution for our client’s needs. The client opted for a bed frame instead of a storage platform to make the room spacious and because there was no need for a hidden storage compartment. As the bed frame is easy to set up and disassemble, it makes it more convenient for the user to reassemble it at a different location. This was the optimal choice for our client whose job requires him to travel overseas occasionally.
