As the bay window is a space that is frequently used by the family, our client requested for Tatami floorboard at the bay window space. The space is used for storytelling to their children so they wanted a comfortable area. Our client found that the fragrance of the Tatami is calming and it helped the children sleep better. Tatami was appealing to them because they found the look and feel of the place to be aesthetically pleasing rather than the boring concrete base of bay windows. Another reason for choosing Tatami was for the cooling benefits as their home tends to get warm and humid.
